Boys today are in serious trouble. They're dropping out or falling behind in school, struggling with depression, developing poor relationship skills, and trying hard to find a place in a world with fewer positive male role models. For many young men these issues extend into adulthood.

However, YBOYS is working hard to provide young men with the skills necessary to take control of their lives, to make healthy decisions, and to be strong and positive community leaders. Everyday YBOYS works hard to inspire another generation of healthy, informed, and committed altruistic leaders by:

Offering high-quality programs for boys and their families that provide a rich, ongoing support network in the forms of wilderness expeditions and after school clubs.
Collaborating with teachers, counselors, youth workers and partnership organizations to identify outstanding young men for YBOYS trips and providing the financial assistance to make sure that any young man can participate.
Educating community leaders about the experiences and concerns boys face and solutions that work through outreach and advocacy with other youth work organizations.

We need your support to continue making our programs available to all boys who need them. Nearly 2/3 of the students on our summer courses receive scholarships of some kind, scholarships that come from the generosity of people like you! All of your contributions are fully tax-deductible.
